To register, please complete the ABSTRACT (Form 1) and REGISTRATION (Form 3-2) forms and email them to sparca2017@apsmr.org.

Confirmation of the Registration

Upon the receipt of the Online Registration, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arriving at the conference registration desk.
